# Anniversaries

> See upcoming work anniversaries and optional birthdays in an HR milestones queue.

## Overview

Anniversaries helps people teams spot upcoming work milestones. Open **Anniversaries** (`/hr/anniversaries`).

The queue lists people whose next work anniversary falls inside your org window (default 60 days, between 14 and 90). Length of service uses continuous employment start when set, otherwise employment start.

## Birthdays

HR with manage access can turn **Celebrate birthdays** on. When on, profiles that share a celebration birth month and day (and have birthday celebrations enabled) also appear in the same list.
