# Benefits

> Benefit plans and enrollments for people in your organisation.

## Overview

Benefits lists your organisation plans and who is enrolled. Open **Benefits** (`/hr/benefits`) with HR view or manage records permission.

Add a plan (name, optional provider and category), then enroll a person with a status and start date. Statuses include pending, active, ended, and cancelled.
