# ESS approvals

> Review employee self-service change requests before they apply.

## Overview

**ESS approvals** (`/hr/ess-approvals`) is the HR queue for employee self-service requests that still need review before they apply. Use **Pending** or **All** to filter the list.

Home address is not part of this queue. Staff update home address directly on **Profile** personal details. When they save a change, HR and Finance receive an informational notification (no approval step).

Any older address requests that were already submitted may still appear here until they are decided.
