# HR metrics

> Absence reporting, contracted hours, and alert thresholds in one HR workspace.

## Where to find it

Open **HR metrics** in the HR sidebar (`/hr/metrics`). The hub uses the same underline tabs pattern as Hiring and Finance.

## Tabs

| Tab | What it is for |
| - | - |
| Absence reporting | Bradford-style absence patterns and who to check in with |
| Contracted hours | Staff under their contracted weekly minimum |
| HR settings | Thresholds for automated metric alerts (managers and HR) |

Your role permissions decide which tabs you see. Bookmarkable deep links:

* `/hr/metrics/absence-reporting`
* `/hr/metrics/contracted-hours`
* `/hr/metrics/settings`

Older URLs such as `/hr/absence-reporting` and `/hr/hr-metric-alerts` redirect into this hub.
