# Payslips

> View your own payslips from your profile, or manage pay history files on an employee record.

## Where to find it

* **Your payslips:** open **Profile → Payroll & records → Payslips**. You can list and preview your own files when your role includes view-own payslip permission.
* **HR support:** open the person's employee file **Payroll** tab. Authorised payroll users can upload new slips and open existing ones.

## What you can do

* Download a payslip PDF or image for a pay date and period, or preview it in a side panel without leaving the page.
* HR can upload a file with period start, period end, pay date, and an optional label.

When someone with organisation-wide access opens another person's payslip, Campsite records an audit event so support access stays accountable.
