# Turnover

> Report starters, leavers, and turnover rate for a date range.

## Overview

Turnover helps people teams see starters and leavers for a period, with an approximate average headcount and turnover rate. Open **Turnover** (`/hr/turnover`).

Choose a from and to date, and optionally filter by department. Campsite shows starters (employment start in range), leavers (employment end, completed offboarding, or archive date), average headcount, and turnover rate. You can export a CSV of the summary and detail lists.
