# Visa and sponsorship expiry

> Track upcoming visa and sponsorship expiry dates for people who need leave to remain follow-up.

## Overview

Visa expiry helps people teams act before a visa or sponsorship certificate runs out. Open **Visa expiry** (`/hr/visa-expiry`) for a countdown list, or open the person on the Job section to review details.

## Queue

Anyone with a **visa expiry** or **sponsorship expiry** in the next 90 days (or overdue) appears on the list. Each person appears once, using the soonest of those two dates.

The list shows:

* Visa type
* Visa and sponsorship expiry dates
* Sponsorship status when recorded
* Countdown to the soonest expiry (including overdue)
