# Linky

> Publish a branded link-in-bio page for your organisation on Campsite, and review deep analytics for visits and clicks.

## What Linky is

Linky is Campsite’s link-in-bio page for your organisation. Share one public URL with website links, social profiles, careers, demos, and more. Visitors do not need to sign in.

Your public page lives on your organisation host at `/linky`, for example `https://acme-demo.camp-site.co.uk/linky`.

## Who can manage Linky

People with the **Manage Linky** permission can edit and publish. Organisation admins receive this by default. You can grant **View Linky** or **Manage Linky** to specific people through roles or member permission overrides.

Linky appears in Admin when it is enabled for your organisation. Contact Campsite support if you need the module turned on.

## Edit and publish

1. Open **Admin → Linky**.
2. On the **Links** tab, edit your display name and bio, then use **Add** to create links. Drag to reorder. Expand a link to edit the URL and thumbnail. Use the toggle to show or hide each link.
3. On the **Design** tab, set your logo, pick a curated theme, and manage social icons and footer links. Each social picks a platform (icon follows automatically). Optionally override with a custom icon image URL. Footer link labels use presets such as Privacy or Terms, plus a Custom option. Two themes (**Organisation brand** and **Organisation soft**) follow your Admin branding colours automatically.
4. Thumbnail options per link:
   * **Link preview image**: destination Open Graph image
   * **Website screenshot**: live page preview
   * **Custom image URL**: your own image
5. Turn **Live** on to publish, then **Save**. Use **Discard** to undo unsaved page settings.
6. Open the **Analytics** tab to review page views, link clicks, referrers, UTM tags, device, location, and IP detail for your published `/linky` page.

Unpublished pages are not visible to the public. The phone preview on the right updates as you edit.

## Analytics

Open the **Analytics** tab on **Admin → Linky** (`/admin/linky`) to see how people find and use your public page.

What Campsite records for published Linky traffic:

* Page views and estimated unique visitors (session-based)
* Clicks on main links, social icons, footer links, share, and the Campsite Linky badge
* Where visitors came from (referrer host), plus UTM source, medium, and campaign when present in the URL
* Device class, browser, and operating system from the visitor browser
* Approximate location (country, and region/city when the edge network provides it) and visitor IP

Use the range control (**7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days**, or **All**) above the metrics. Breakdown tables show top referrers, UTM tags, countries, devices, browsers, and operating systems. The link table ranks which buttons get the most clicks. Recent activity lists individual events with referrer, UTM, device, location, and IP for deeper review.

Analytics only collect for the live public page after you publish. People with **View Linky** or **Manage Linky** can open the Analytics tab.

## Branding

Every Linky page shows a small **Campsite Linky** badge in the footer, similar to Campsite Careers on public job pages. Your organisation logo and theme stay front and centre.

## Public product page

Campsite also publishes a public Linky-style page at [camp-site.co.uk/links](https://camp-site.co.uk/links). Your organisation Linky page stays on your own subdomain at `/linky`.
