Campsite is a fully white-label platform — your workspace is your organisation’s own product, not a generic tool. From the moment staff sign in, they see your logo, your colours, and a workspace that reflects your brand identity. You configure all of this from a single place in your Admin settings, with no design or coding knowledge required.

Where to manage branding

Navigate to Admin → Settings → Branding (/admin/settings) to access all branding options.

What you can customise

Upload your organisation’s logo from the Branding section. Your logo appears in:
  • The sidebar of the main web app
  • Outgoing transactional emails (invitations, password resets, notifications)
  • The mobile app header
For best results, upload a logo with a transparent background in PNG or SVG format. The logo is displayed at a consistent size across surfaces, so avoid logos with very wide or very tall proportions.

Accent colour

Choose an accent colour preset that best represents your brand. The accent colour is applied across:
  • Primary action buttons
  • Active navigation highlights in the sidebar
  • Unread notification badge colours
Campsite offers six carefully designed accent presets:

Choose an accent colour that maintains sufficient contrast against both light and dark backgrounds. Your staff can choose their own light or dark mode preference — your accent colour needs to look sharp in both. All six presets have been tested for WCAG 2.1 AA contrast compliance.

Light and dark mode

Staff choose their own light or dark mode preference from their personal settings — this is not something you set org-wide. Your accent colour applies in both modes, so the same branded experience carries through regardless of which mode each staff member prefers.

Org-branded emails

All transactional emails sent from your Campsite workspace — including staff invitation emails, password reset links, rota notifications, and broadcast delivery emails — are rendered with your logo and branding automatically. There is no separate email template configuration required.
Transactional emails are sent on your behalf by Campsite’s email delivery system. You do not need to set up or manage an email server — branding is applied automatically as soon as you upload your logo.

Saving your branding

After uploading your logo or selecting an accent preset, click Save to apply your changes. Updates take effect immediately — you may need to refresh the page to see the new accent colour reflected in the sidebar.
