Before you begin

Make sure you have received your Super Admin invitation email from Common Ground Studios. This email contains your unique sign-in link to activate your account. Without it, you will not be able to access the Admin area.

Getting started

Sign in as Super Admin Open the invitation email you received from Common Ground Studios and follow the link to set your password and activate your account. Once activated, sign in at .camp-site.co.uk . You will land on the main dashboard with the full Admin navigation visible in the sidebar. Complete your organisation profile Navigate to Admin → Settings ( /admin/settings ). Fill in your organisation’s name, contact details, and any other profile fields. A complete org profile ensures that outgoing emails and staff-facing content display accurate information about your organisation. Upload your logo and configure branding Still in Admin → Settings , open the Branding section. Upload your organisation’s logo and choose an accent colour preset to match your brand identity. Your logo appears in the sidebar and in all outgoing email notifications. See the Branding page for a full guide to available theme options. Create your department structure Go to Admin → Departments & teams ( /admin/departments ) to set up the departments, societies, clubs, and teams that make up your org. Departments define how staff are grouped, how broadcasts are targeted, and how rotas are structured - so it is worth planning this before inviting people. See the Departments page for detailed steps. Review and configure roles and permissions Navigate to Admin → Roles ( /admin/roles ) to review the predefined roles that come with your workspace. You can create additional custom roles with exactly the permission keys your org needs, or adjust individual member permissions later. See the Roles page for full details on permission categories and custom role creation. Invite staff members Go to Admin → Members → Invite to send invitation emails to your staff. You can assign each person a role and department during the invite flow. Staff will receive a branded invitation email and be prompted to set up their account. Connect calendar integrations Navigate to Admin → Integrations ( /admin/integrations ) to set up Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar sync for your workspace. Once the workspace-level connection is configured, individual staff members can connect their own accounts from Settings → Integrations to receive shift and event push notifications in their personal calendars.
