CampSite hiring is an ops journey. Open Home under Hiring to see what needs a click next. Typical path for each role: Offers are not blocked by right to work. RTW and related checks come after the offer is accepted and before the employment contract. On a job pipeline, Decision Offer is triage only (pipeline stage). Sending the conditional offer letter is a separate step via Smart Actions → Send offer letter or the Offer tab.

Home - Counts and queues for requests, offers out, contracts, and pre-start. Requests - Raise and review recruitment requests (including request changes, notes, archive / delete). Jobs - Live listings and pipelines. Pre-start - New joiners waiting on contract, RTW, payroll, or start confirm. Setup (wrench) - Application forms, documents (offers, contracts, types, emails, layout), and equality reporting.
