Overview
Policy acknowledgements help people teams see who has not confirmed the current version of a required policy. Open Policy acknowledgements (/hr/policy-acks).
Policies live in the resource library. Mark a resource as requiring acknowledgement during onboarding, then publish a new version when the policy text changes.
Missing current versions
The queue lists active members who have not acknowledged a required policy that is currently marked for acknowledgement. Each row shows the person, policy title, and version number. Open a row to see that person’s version history (previous acknowledgements stay on older versions).Publishing a new version
On a required policy in the resource library, use Publish new version. This:- Creates a new version of the same policy
- Keeps earlier acknowledgements as history
- Marks the new version as the one people still need to acknowledge
