HR metrics

Where to find it

Open HR metrics in the HR sidebar (/hr/metrics). The hub uses the same underline tabs pattern as Hiring and Finance.

Tab	What it is for
Absence reporting	Bradford-style absence patterns and who to check in with
Contracted hours	Staff under their contracted weekly minimum
HR settings	Thresholds for automated metric alerts (managers and HR)

Your role permissions decide which tabs you see. Bookmarkable deep links:

Older URLs such as /hr/absence-reporting and /hr/hr-metric-alerts redirect into this hub.
