1:1 action follow-ups help people teams see incomplete to-dos from check-ins that are past due. Open 1:1 action follow-ups (/hr/one-on-one-actions).

Due dates on sessions

Inside a 1:1 session, each to-do can have an optional due date. Assignees and text work as before; due dates are what feed this queue.

Overdue queue

The queue lists incomplete action items whose due date is before today (organisation calendar day). Each row links to the session so you can change the text, move the due date, or mark the item done. Items without a due date do not appear here. Done items drop off after you refresh.
