Overview

Right-to-work rechecks helps people teams act before a time-limited right to work needs another check. Open Right-to-work rechecks (/hr/rtw-rechecks) for a countdown list, or open the person to review documents on the Job section.

Queue

Anyone with a recheck due date in the next 60 days (or overdue) appears on the list. When a recheck due date has not been set, Campsite uses the right-to-work expiry date as the starting point. Separately, HR viewers and the line manager get an in-app warning one month before the expiry date (and if it has already passed). That alert opens the employee Job tab, where you can update classification and expiry. The list shows:
  • Right-to-work status
  • Expiry and recheck due dates
  • Countdown (including overdue)
  • Whether current evidence is on file (right to work, passport, visa, or BRP / eVisa documents)

Logging a recheck

People with permission to manage HR records can set the next recheck due date from the queue. That also records the checked-on date. Open the employee file Job tab to review documents and update other right-to-work fields.
